The property is very centralized, and there is food and stores nearby. Beautiful pool - perfect for kids and families. The staff is 10/10. They sent someone to check my AC when it was giving trouble, and when I had an issue with the size of my room, they offered me to switch rooms. Seems that I forgot my watch when I checked out, so they WhatsApp me to let me know that I can return for it at the front desk. Exceptional! Because of their customer service, I would definitely stay again.

The size of the room was good - plenty of space to put our bags out of the way, and space to sit. Big comfortable bed with comfy pillows, although stained a little, the sheets were clean. Black out curtains - something that is overlooked in many places but makes a huge difference. Good functioning air conditioning The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room The friendliness of the staff Bath tub and shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Nice artisan soap too. Good acoustics - despite other reviews we didn’t have an issue with noise The provision of the fridge The modern tv connected to the internet with various apps available The clean swimming pool The menu of the restaurant was good and the food quality and drinks were also good and reasonably priced. The hotel is centrally located, not very fashionable but functionable. There is a big parking space behind the hotel. The room was a bit small for two double beds. The bathroom was OK, the shower was good, with solid water pressure and hot water. The pool is in the middle of the courtyard and fine. The restaurant serves Mexican and International cuisine. Aircon works well as does the WiFi.

Check-in and check-out was super fast. The garden with palm trees and the pool were a hidden gem. The customer service was excellent. Very friendly employees that even helped us when we forgot the mobile phone in the taxi. They phoned around and we got the phone back within 1 hour. Thank you so much!

The bed was great. They had a Netflix and Max account on the tv so we got to watch a nice movie. Loved that we could run across the street to the market for some nice breakfast.

Love the location.The room was very nice. Just wish the wifi was better but not sure if it was only acting up because of the massive flood they had.

Great pool area, I really enjoyed my morning swim. My room and bed was very was comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

Nice hotel, pool is clean, our king bed was comfortable, elevator to our floor, staff hailed our taxi and helped us with our luggage, nice dining room, breakfast included with the booking, second time staying at this hotel.
